Add Spices

At this point you need to decide what spices you want. In this batch I used:

• Two handfuls of seseme seeds

• A handful of Korean red pepper

• A half cup of finely-chopped ginger

• A sprinkling of salt and sugar

• 2 cups of salted shrimp, run through the blender

• Some Kimchi juice from the last batch
